Chai Time
- To make the perfect chai just follow the simple steps below
- For 2 mugs of tea take 2 cups of water in a sauce pan
- Add 2 tsps. sugar and 2 tsps. tea powder. We use red label herbal tea or Waghbakri masala tea bags
- You can use plain tea bags, but make sure you tear them and add the tea powder directly into the water & milk
- add 2-3 pinches of Chai Tea Masala to get the spicy flavour
- Let it boil. Then add ¼ cup full fat milk and continue boiling it
- Turn off heat. Strain after 5 minutes
- Serve with biscuits, puffed pastry or khari biscuits
