Mint Chutney

Mint (Pudina) chutney

  • 1 bunch or 1 cup of Mint leaves
  • 3/4th cup coriander leaves
  • 1 ½ tsp. Tamrind paste
  • 3-4 green chillies (if the chillies are very hot add less) or use 1 tsp. red chilli powder
  • 2-3 tbsp. thick coconut cream or milk
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and blend in a blender or chopper. Add some coconut milk or oil to make a fine paste.
