Mint (Pudina) chutney
Ingredients
- 1 bunch or 1 cup of Mint leaves
- 3/4th cup coriander leaves
- 1 ½ tsp. Tamrind paste
- 3-4 green chillies (if the chillies are very hot add less) or use 1 tsp. red chilli powder
- 2-3 tbsp. thick coconut cream or milk
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients and blend in a blender or chopper. Add some coconut milk or oil to make a fine paste.
