Quick & Easy Fish Curry |
- 1 tbsp. Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp. Coriander seeds
- 2 Dry red chillies
- ¼ Cup desiccated coconut
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 Salmon fillets - Washed, pat dried and cut into cubes
- Dry roast the seeds and chillies.
- Blend in a blender along with the onion and coconut.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the paste and saute for 2 mins
- Add the tomatoes and cook till oil starts to ooze out from the spices.
- Season with salt and add the fish pieces.
- Cook covered for 5-7 mins , or untill the fish is cooked.
- Serve with rice.
