Winter Veggies


Winter Veggies
Presenting to you some of the delicious salads by my hubby. These are savoury, healthy and delicious!!
He uses all different veggies, tosses them in olive oil with some spices, salt and ginger garlic. Adds a dash of lime or lemon, cubes of cottage cheese and lots of love!!
There is no specific recipe so I am posting all the pics and list of ingredients.





Ingredients:
  • Spinach leaves
  • Zucchini peeled, diced and pan roasted
  • Carrots boiled or grilled
  • Red radish
  • Tomatoes
  • Green beans
  • Bean sprouts 
  • Mixed nuts
  • Paneer or Cottage cheese
  • Flavoured tofu (available in the freezer section of supermarkets)
  • Red chilli powder
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste and fresh garlic
  • Dry parsley
  • Paprika
  • Balsamic Vinegar
You can also make a veggie roll by using rotis or flat bread. Just heat the bread in microwave for 30secs, place the tossed cooked veggies in the roll, fold and EAT!!
