Paneer Tikka


This is a continuation from the BBQ recipe. 
To make this from scratch simply follow the steps for making a wet paneer tikka marinate from the previous recipe. The only additional step is mentioned below. 

In a pan add some oil, add cumin seeds, 2 dry bay leaves. When the seeds crackle add puree of 2 tomatoes. Let it cook for some time until oil separates from the mixture. Now pour the marinate mixture into the tomato puree. Pan fry some paneer cubes and add them to the mixture. Let everything mix well, check seasoning and add some salt and garam masala.Serve with rice or rotis and chopped onion.
