Ingredients: Serves 2
- 1 Can organic chick peas
- ½ Tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp. Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp. Coriander powder
- ½ Tsp. Cumin powder
- 2 Tbsps. Olive Oil
- 11/2 Ts.ps. Garlic paste or powder
- 2 Cups Spinach leaves or mixed salad leaves.
- 1 Carrot shredded (optional)
Method
- Drain the chickpeas
- In a pan add the chick peas and all the spices
- Turn on the heat
- Mix everything together well
- Add the olive oil & garlic
- Mix or toss everything together
- Add the salad leaves or spinach
- Cover with a lid and let everything cook well for 5-10 minutes
Serve with some wine or bring it to lunch for a healthy tasty meal.
