What are we cooking today?

Now that you have all the spices stored away in small jars or containers of your choice, make sure they are placed on the kitchen counter, or in drawers or cabinets that are within your hands reach. During cooking it is very important that all the things you need are either next to the stove top or below it, never store things above the stove top- be it in cabinets or shelves, as its risky and unsafe.

So, here is my first recipe. A simple Indian breakfast which takes about 10 mins to prepare. The only thing to watch out here is proportion or water to semolina, start with less water and if you feel the semolina has absorbed all water and needs more slowly add more water.
