I did some short cuts and did not actually
cook much all this week, thanks to a thing called “Work” but no complaints as
the weekend is soon approaching.
Sometimes the Sanitarium
Vegetarian sausages and Falafel
balls you get in the freezer section of super markets are a life saver, survived
on it for a couple of days. Just add some mint chutney and chopped salad and
take them to lunch with flat bread. Makes for a great lunch.
Did make something I love for lunch today. It’s
an absolute favourite of all Indians, originally a North Indian dish but cooked
in almost all households. Check out the Aloo Paratha recipe and enjoy it to your hearts content :)
